How we check program listings

Our source, verification, pricing and correction standards.

What a reviewed listing means

We read official school or university pages and record the source, retrieval date and the facts used in a listing. A reviewed listing has enough first-party information to describe an actual program. It does not mean an independent audit of teaching quality, accreditation or safety.

How we handle unknowns

We leave unsupported details unconfirmed. We do not invent fees, calculate a weekly price from an unclear period, convert currencies without a dated rate, or copy a provider’s testimonials into an independent review score.

Prices need a scope

USD estimates use a dated reference rate and appear before the original currency amount. The original provider price, billing period and course format remain visible. Budget filters and USD sorting compare full listed tuition amounts, not normalized weekly prices. Conversion estimates expire after seven days without a newer published rate; the original price remains visible. Known exclusions are stated separately. A price observed on a website is not a live quotation or a guarantee that a place is available.

Checking for changes

Our maintenance plan reviews high-change information such as fees and intakes weekly and rechecks the full source list monthly. A failed page request does not prove that a school has closed. Changed pages are queued for editorial review before their facts are replaced.

Images and ranking

Every program uses a distinct original photograph. Captions distinguish destination scenes from verified university campus context; campus images do not establish the location or condition of a particular classroom. Video publishers and provider-selected testimonials are labeled. Search results default to alphabetical order. Homepage selections show different course formats; they are not a “best school” ranking.

Corrections and conflicts

Official program pages take priority over third-party directory claims. Where notices contradict a standard calendar, we flag the conflict and ask users to confirm the current position. Send corrections with a supporting official URL.
